The first step is to prepare your pens.

To prepare the pens, sand down the surface to create a smooth surface, and then apply a base coat of paint that matches the glitter color you will be using.

Next, we move on to the glittering phase.

Using the grand finale, you can apply glitter with a brush or glitter glue. Make sure to catch any excess glitter with a piece of paper to minimize the mess. Allow the grand finale to dry for two hours.

After the glitter is dry, you can seal the glitter using CrystaLac glitter glue. This can be applied using a brush and then the pens can be placed on a cup turner to spin and dry for two hours. Repeat this process for three or four coats, making sure to let each coat dry for two hours. Sand the surface to make it smooth and shiny.

Finally, you can add any vinyl or decals to personalize your pens.

Once your pen is smooth, add your vinyl. You an finish up your pen by doing a few more layers of Grande Finale over the entire pen.

Then, once it’s dry, clean the inside and put your pens back together!

By following these simple steps, you will be able to create unique and fun glitter pens without the use of toxic materials. Happy crafting!
